Rebecca Solares, M.Ed., M.S., MFTI
Welcome! My name is Rebecca Solares and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern (#67260).
I provide therapy services for a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, couples counseling and chronic illness. I have personal experience in each of these areas, and hope to help others through my education and experiences. My education includes two Master's degrees and teaching credentials. My first Master's degree is in Education and my second is in Counseling Psychology. My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology and Social Behavior. I was a teacher and career counselor for a combined 10 years. I continue to teach at the college level. After teaching for many years, I returned to my original desire to become a counselor. Currently, I am supervised by Alice Richardson (#46167), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Dr. Beth Haynes, a Licensed Psychologist (#15919), while I fulfill all requirements for licensure in the state of California.
